Pretreating during construction is one of the best ways to provide long term protection to any structure. Unlike existing buildings, during construction, Cintrex can apply termite control measures to key areas where termites can gain entry. The treatment is then sealed in by completing construction. These treatments can be applied to the soil before the concrete is poured or to crucial areas once the buidling is "dried in."

Todays chemicals are much smarter and allow for less toxic treatments. Cintrex has been developing these treatments by following LEED construction practices and following guidelines for treatments that are enviromentally safer based upon today's construction technology.
